Practice Exam

Pick how many questions you want, then choose a mode below. The full simulated exam mirrors the NREMR blueprint weights — Primary Assessment ≈37–41%, Patient Treatment & Transport ≈20–24%, Scene Size-Up ≈19–23%, Operations ≈10–14%, Secondary Assessment ≈4–8% — plus a few Texas/exam-logistics items.

Applies to every mode. Domain modes use all items in that domain if you pick more than exist.

Technology-Enhanced Items (TEIs)

New on the 2025 exam

Starting April 7, 2025, the NREMR cognitive exam includes scored item types beyond 4-option multiple choice: Build List (place items in order), Drag-and-Drop (categorize), Multiple Response (select all that apply), and Options Table (row × column classification). All are scored dichotomously — full credit only for fully correct responses. Practice them here so they aren't a surprise on exam day.
